Union Obrera Comunista, (Marxism-Leninism-Maoism), Colombia has greeted their Comrades of the Maoist Communist Party of Manipur, the mass organizations, the workers, peasants and students on occasion of the 67th Death Anniversary and 122nd Birth Anniversary of Lamyanba Hijam Irabot.
A statement of the steering committee of the organization stated, “Being the commemoration of the 67th anniversary of the death and the 122nd anniversary of the birth of Comrade Lamyanba Irabot, a great reason to express our admiration and respect for the struggle that you wage in that part of the world, against the rapacious imperialist oppressors in alliance with the reactionary government of India, with the bourgeoisie and the landlords of Manipur”.
Union Obrera Comunista stated that they gratifying to know that the MCPM, under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism- Maoism, has been taking steps forward in its mission to lead the New Democratic Revolution and as part of it, the struggle for the national liberation of Manipur.
“Regardless, we are located on the other side of the world; we consider that your enemies are our own irreconcilable enemies. Their revolutionary battles in Manipur we assume as our own as they are part of the same global struggle against all the imperialists and their reactionary lackeys in the oppressed countries. Your victory, regardless of the missteps of his long road, will be inevitable because that is the inexorable tendency of the history of the peoples”, the statement added.
