Imphal, March 22: Dead body of man was found today around 6 am at Heingang Ching near Mongjam of of Heingang, Imphal West District under Heingang Police Station.
The deceased have been identified as one Sapam Ranjit (aged 27), s/o Sapam Iboyaima of Heingang Awang Leikai.
Lifeless body of the deceased was found by morning joggers of the area which was later inform to the Hingang Police.
The dead body of the deceased has been kept at JNIMS morgue for post-mortem to find out the reason of the dead after the body was examined by forensic department team.
Meanwhile, locals of the area today formed a JAC and urged the concerned authority to find out the culprits involved in the killing of the youth.
