Two cadres of United Revolutionary Front (URF) have been killed in an encounter with Bishnupur District Police Commando at Kwakta Khuman under Moirang Police Station of Bishnupur District.Sources said that the incident took place at around 11.30 am yesterday when a team of Bishnupur Police Commando reached Kwakta Khuman area to conduct frisking and checking. It added that when the commando team stopped some persons to check them, the persons opened fire to the commando team. The two persons were killed when the commando team responded against them.They two cadres have been identified as URF’s Home Secretary, Roshnikumar and Tiken. Police recovered two 9 mm pistols and one hand grenade from the deceased persons.
