Imphal, May 2:
Charairongba Thokchom Media Coordinator Department of Publicity, Pambei lead UNLF and Arambai Tengol (AT), Robin Mangang PRO (GHQ), signed a mutual understanding agreement between the two group. The signing of the MoU between the two groups was attended by Pambei lead UNLF/MPA Chief of Army Staff Khwairakpam Khomba, and Irengbam Tonsana, Secretary of the Finance Department.
The agreement reached between the two – the MPA of the UNLF Pambei Group and the Arambai Tenggol is based on resolving any dispute between the two groups while working at the grassroots level. There are occasions of misunderstanding while protecting Manipur and many such have been experienced in some areas due to lack of proper communication and thus understanding. Agreement between the two group include establishing a working committee and establishing a hotline communication to work together in the future. The two organizations appeal to the general public for support.
