Volunteers of the Great Thoubal today planted hanging flowers in and around Thoubal Keithel.The initiative has been taken up to beautify Thoubal. Earlier also the volunteers of the Great Thoubal planted flowers at Thoubal Keithel in June last year.The Great Thoubal said that the status of a place is determined by the market, the volunteers are planting the flowers. It also appealed to support the Great Thoubal.
