State Govt. sent report about Myanmar encroachers to Indian Village at Border

Manipur state government has sent report about the encroachers of Mayanmarese army in Indian territory along Indo Myanmar border in Ukhrul district. In its report sent to the Joint Secretary (NE) Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Villagers of Kangpat Khullen settled a a new place called Choro Zingshophai/Aloyo. The new village is found to have been approximately 250 metres within the Indian Border (Between Border Pillar N. 6 and 7. The report sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs stated that , on April 18 a group of Myanmarese force enter the place without informing the Indian authority and illegally evicted houses and confiscated a saw mill and other properties. The matter has been investigated by an official team of the state government after Secretary of Khang pat Khullen and General Secretary of Raizan Long submits memorandum to the Ukhrul district administrators. The Union government is yet to make a statement regarding the matter and as according to source no response has been made to the Myanmarese authorities as the country do not want any bad relation with the Myanmar govt.
