Silver Jubilee celebration of All Manipur Mentally Handicapped Persons Welfare Organization was held today at BB Paul Mental Development Home, Mongshangei.
The function was attended by Wangkhemcha Shyamjai, president, All Manipur Working Journalists Union (AMWJU) as chief guest, Pramo Shija, National Awardee, as president and Yambem Munindro Singh, Social Worker, as guest of honor.
