MSAD statement to the suspicious death of Babysana

It seems we are blessed with the big brains by mistake, a backbone is only what we all needed to suffer and to get colonized. The heroism engagement by orders, senseless disruptions and all the pestilent nonsense done in the name of Manipur or Kangleipak or whatever name led us to this situation, the normalcy of killing or death.
The recent suspicious death of N. Babysana, a seventh class student of Standard Robarth Higher Secondary School, Canchipur who was found hanging inside the school hostel room on the 18th of July is quite mysterious. According to the family members and local news report she was likely murdered and made to appear as if she committed suicide. It is a highly condemnable and shameful act.
The recent statement made by an office bearer of Manipur Human Rights Commission (MHRC) in the pretext of saving the school from closing by the agitators is funny rather than considering the “Right to Education” mentioned. The statement is made untimely and when people are struggling for “Right to Life” and when many Government primary schools, higher secondary schools and colleges in Manipur are in lack of teachers, staffs and other basic necessities. Despite the existing guidelines on giving recognition to private institutes and hostels, there is exponential rise in unchecked private schools and hostels without fulfilling even the basic necessities. MSAD sees the statement as the pretext to save the face of the Government and those in private business of education. What makes us astonished is the political gimmick of the State Government, where the Govt. keeps on transferring the cases to the CBI even for a clear cut and open secret cases too. It can also be mentioned that many cases which were transferred to the CBI are even yet to construe to any lead of the cases. People believing more in CBI enquiry is just a clear manifestation of a drastically failed State administration. Meanwhile for the power mongers in the government, handing over a case to CBI is one of the easiest escape plans from the agitators. This inability of the colonial agencies in our state and people getting trapped into it is all what Delhi wanted to keep the colonial relationship intact. It can be mentioned that high profile cases ranging from the killing of Thangjam Manorama to a recent custodial killing of a cop, Manjur Ahmed, have been in the hands of CBI without any lead.
We are ruled by the tyrants of genius and succeeded by scoundrels where everything is systematically corrupted by economic and political interests. For the same reason, we have always been opposing the system passionately. This system only creates noble and sublimes, while the herds are dull in thought, feeling and possession, and also deprived of everything. So the fairest thing we can expect or experience from the system is more mysterious until it gets dismantled and built up from the ground zero. The increase in privatisation of education and healthcare sector to the extreme is demeaning and disrespectful of our taxpayers’ money. It also shows the state’s inability to provide the suitable and required quality to the people while we are not exempted to pay taxes for anything in the name of public welfare. The privatisation of such vital sectors led by profit driven motive only produces chaos and disrupt the society. It is high time to check and interfere in the matter. If not, the time bomb is ticking and it will blast in the near future where no one can escape unhurt. We share the grief of the bereaved family and also stand in solidarity with all the groups and sections of society who are demanding justice. MSAD will always take part and ready to take part in any ceaseless struggle until the real “Justice” is served for all the people of Manipur. MSAD appeals to all the sections of the society to rise against the injustice meted out to us.What we were facing is the illusion of Ghost, we have to fight the real enemy and the Ghost if we have to survive our physical death, since we all are death otherwise.
