Father-daughter duo felicitated

A felicitation programme honouring Heikrujam Dabeswar Singh and his daughter, Teresade Heikrujam, was held at Classic Grande on Sunday. The programme was organised by residents of Porompat Thawanthaba Leikai in Imphal East, along with relatives, friends and well-wishers.
Heikrujam Dabeswar Singh, currently serving as an Executive Engineer (EE) in the Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL), was recently promoted to the post of Superintending Engineer (General Manager).
The gathering also celebrated the academic achievement of his daughter, Teresade Heikrujam, who was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree for her thesis titled “Lifelong Learning: The Social Impact of Digital Villages as Community Resource Centre on Disadvantaged Women.”
The felicitation programme was attended by members of the locality, family members, friends and well-wishers who congratulated the father-daughter duo for their accomplishments and wished them continued success in their respective fields.
Speaking on the occasion, Heikrujam Ongbi Bidyarani Salam expressed gratitude to all those present for the love, support and affection extended to the family during the felicitation programme.
