Imphal, August 5: Troops of 12 Assam Rifles Posted at Khudengthabi today seized 280 gms of brown sugar and 2950 WY tablets from a person coming from Moreh towards Palel with one Maruti Alto at around 11.30 am. The apprehended pperson has been identified as Najamkhula Haokip from Moreh Ward no. 1. The seized 280 gms of brown sugar is estimated to be around Rs 1 crore and 12 lakhs in and 2950 WY tablets about Rs 14 lakhs 75 thousands in the international market.
