Dr. Lamtinthang Haokip misleads students by spreading false propaganda

One Dr. Lamtinthang Haokip, a self-style leader of the Kuki community, who has been taking a major role in the ethnic clash that put thousands of people in chaos has spread misleading propaganda among the people saying that 20 educational institutions from Churachandpur and 16 from Kangpokpi respectively are affiliated to CBSE. The intent is to provoke hate narratives among civilians, particularly to the student community of Manipur.
The fact is that no such thing of affiliation has been made so far and such a fabricated story will only sabotage the career of those students reading the said educational institution.
Regarding this matter, Anjali Chongtham, the Joint Secretary of the Government of Manipur has clarified that the state government has not issued any ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) for the affiliation of the mentioned educational institutions with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Dr. Lamtinthang Haokip, in his ‘X’ post, uploaded a post claiming that 20 educational institutions from Churachandpur and 16 from Kangpokpi respectively are affiliated with CBSE on December 14, 2023.
The post is uploaded at a time when the indigenous people of the state who have been affected due to the ongoing conflict in the state have started realizing that the conflict is a master plan of some vested interested individuals with the support of armed mercenaries and armed militants from outside the country.
