Book on Srinivasa Ramanujan by Dr. Vijay Garg released

A book titled Srinivas Ramanujan, authored by retired principal Dr. Vijay Garg, was released at a function held at Singh Sabha School, Malout. The book was formally released by Sandeep Goyal, Principal of Singh Sabha School, Malout, in the presence of senior members of the academic community.
Speaking at the book release ceremony, Sandeep Goyal appreciated the contributions of Dr. Vijay Garg to the education sector and described the publication as a valuable resource for students. He stated that the book would serve as a guiding work for learners and society by presenting the life and intellectual legacy of the great mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan in an accessible manner.
Dr. Vijay Garg, while speaking on the occasion, said that the book has been written primarily for mathematicians and serious readers who wish to understand the true depth of Srinivasa Ramanujan’s work. He explained that the book includes Ramanujan’s correspondence, selected important formulas from his notebooks, and detailed mathematical analysis. According to Dr. Garg, the content highlights the complexity and originality of Ramanujan’s contributions and demonstrates how far ahead of his time the legendary mathematician was.
