ABVP Singjamei Unit commemorates 77th Foundation Day with Painting Competition

To commemorate the 77th Foundation Day of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and National Students Day 2025, the ABVP Singjamei Unit, in association with Rashtriya Kala Manch (RKM), Manipur, organised a painting competition on the theme “Culture with Nature” at UNACCO College, Khongman.
The event drew participation from 70 students representing 29 schools across the region. Participants expressed their creativity through artwork that reflected the harmony between cultural heritage and environmental awareness.
The prize distribution ceremony was attended by Naorem Ajitkumar Singh, Principal In-charge of UNACCO College, as the President of the function. Victoria Salam, National Co-Convenor of Rashtriya Kala Manch, graced the occasion as Chief Guest, while Pinubala Laishram, State Joint Secretary of ABVP Manipur, attended as Guest of Honour.
Brikrama Lourembam, a Class IX student from The Comprehensive School, Oinam, secured the first position. The second prize went to Sanahen Oinam of Class VII from Pitambara English School, while the third prize was awarded to Khundrakpam Chinglembi Chanu, a Class VII student of S.L. Arena of Learning.
Consolation prizes were awarded to Seram Jairaj Meitei of Nongpok Maheikol, Angela Heikhrujam of Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Lamphelpat, Keithellakpam Jina Devi of Ratankumar Memorial School, Leimapokpam Arbin Meitei of Mother’s Pride Academy Bishnupur, Korou Khuman of CC Higher Secondary School, Pahelli Nongthombam of Unacco School Khongman, and Konjengbam Milky Devi of Mother’s Pride Academy Bishnupur.
ABVP Manipur extended heartfelt congratulations to all the winners and participants.
