Union MoS Bhanu Pratap visits ‘Ningol Mela’ venue

Union Minister of State (MoS) of MSME Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma, who is on tour in Manipur today, visited the ‘Ningol Mela’ venue at GM Hall complex here in Imphal today.
The Ningol Mela which is being organized in connection with the ‘Ningol Chakouba’ festival is being organized by the Crafts Development Promoters Organization since October 25 and will continue for 10 days. The Union Minister appreciates the weavers and artisans of the handloom and handicraft products of the state that makes the Mela successful.
Speaking to the artisans taking part in the Mela (Exhibition) Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma said that such exhibitions help the handloom and handicraft producers to market their products. The Ningol Mela is giving an opportunity to the artisans and weavers of Handloom products to market in a specific place, Bhanu Pratap Singh said. He appealed to people to promote the MSME sectors and assured all assistance from his side to promote the MSME sectors of the state.
