United Committee Manipur (UCM) today said that the organization will provide free education at private schools of the region to children of the victims of fake encounter who had lost their lived in the hand of state actors. In a press conference held today President of UCM, Nabachandra said that the decision to provide free education to those children was taken after consulting with the authority of the All Manipur Private School Organisation.
