Around 160 numbers of blankets were distributed to aged people of Thoubal area on occasion of the 1st Death Anniversary observance of Thoudam Ningthoujao Singh and Thoudam (ongbi) Tampha Devi, which was held at Thoudam irong Leima Ima Panthoibi Community Hall on Tuesday.
In interaction programme with Jyanta, the vocalist of Tapta band was also held as a part of the observance function.
