The 4th Foundation Day of Successful Educational Foundation Konthoujam was observed today at Konthoujam Kangjeibung Community Hall.
Speaking as the special guest at the programme, Sapam Ranjan, MLA of Konthoujam AC said that the residential school is commendable for not only imparting academic education but also nurturing students in discipline, moral values, and cultural practices.
He noted that teachers play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing the individual talents and abilities of each child, guiding them along the right path. He further called for collective efforts to ensure that young students are properly guided towards a bright and meaningful future.
Speaking in connection with the programme, Managing Director of Successful Educational Foundation Konthoujam, Sunil Thokchom, stated that the institution focuses not only on theoretical teaching but also places strong emphasis on practical learning. He said teachers are making dedicated efforts to provide students with comprehensive education, including discipline, life skills, and various co-curricular activities beyond academics.
The programme was attended by Dr. Dhanabir Laishram, Nameirakpam Kunjarani, Second-in-Command of 86 Bn CRPF W. Nandini, and Joint Secretary of the All Manipur Working Journalists’ Union (AMWJU), K.C. Geeta, as special guests.
