Even as the Session Judge Imphal East has released Irom Chanu Sharmila from the judicial custody the prison authority has not released the anti AFSPA crusader until 3 pm today on the ground that they have not received any order from the Chief Judicial Magistrate Imphal East. Session Judge of Imphal East had yesterday ruled out the charges level against Irom Chanu Sharmila under section 309 of the Indian Penal Code.
