In view of the upcoming Sangai Festival starting on November 21, Imphal Police Station in association with Imphal West Police Commando today conducted a search operation at Kekru Villa and Kabow Leikai at North AOC. The search operation was carried out under the supervision of Additional SP (Operation) Th. Bikramjit and assisted by DSP (Operation) Sachidananda, DSP (CDO) Netrajit, DSP (Operation) Bazaar Unit, Krishnatombi and CDO OC Sanjoy from 11 this morning to 12.15 noon. Suspected 60 men and 17 women were picked for further verification.
