A source from the Institution said that the CT Scan at RIMS has gone out of order since July 3 this year and the authority has not initiated any proceeding for repairing the CT Scan. The doctors in the RIMS had no other option but to send the patient outside the hospital even though the patient had to face inconveniences. On the other hand, the institute have six name shake ventilators which are of no use as the batteries are no more working. Emergency patients who were admitted to the hospital had to be referred to other hospital as the ventilators could not be utilised
