Even though the JCILPS could not fully implement the restriction impose to the Non-manipuri prohibiting them to come out on the road as well as running of any business since July 9 here in Imphal Khwairamband Keithel, People of Yairipok had prevented Non-Manipuri to come out at the roads. Six Non-manipuri who are running Mela at Yairipok Keisham Pukhri Achouba were today caught while trying to bring the Mela materials inside the complex from Yairipok bazaar by the people of the area. They were later handed over to Yairipok Police.
AT Khwairamband Keithel, people were seen standing in queue in front of the shops run by non-locals during the 7 hours curfew relaxation today.
