Assistant Secretary, Publicity and Propaganda, People’s Revolutionary Party of Kangleipal (PREPAK), Leibakngakpa Luwang, in a press statement said that Lt. Ibomcha @ Ibotombi Singh (41) son of late Murei Singh of Kyamgei Maning Leikai Lai Nongsaba Leirak of the party’s Finance department and Lt. Meishnam Rajen Babu @ Kanba Meitei @ Dipak (40) son of Samungou of Bashikhong Maning Leikai have left from their respective post since July 18, 2014. The PREPAK statement announced both the cadres as absconder and said that they will no longer with the activities of the outfit.It further added that the post earlier hold by Kanba Meitei will be replaced by Captain Achouba.
