Panthoibi Cultural Research Centre for Performing Arts will distribute Nongpok Ningthou State Award, Nongpok Panthoibi State Award and North East Regional Award 2013, on October 12, 2014 in a function at Lamyanba Shanglen, Palace Compound.A press statement released by KB Engaremba, Organizing Secretary Panthoibi Cultural Research Centre for Performing Arts said that two new Awards namely Nongpok Ningthou Life Time Achievement Award and Nongpok Panthoibi Life Time Achievement Award will be introduced from this year.Winners of the Life Time Achievement Awards of the year are Maibam Deben Singh (Innovator- Fish Dryer and Biomass Stove) and Jina Khumujam (Entrepreneur- Household Item Making).North-East Regional Award will be given to 21 persons, while 15 persons each will be awarded Nongpok Ningthou State Award and Nongpok Panthoibi State Award respectively.
