MNPF claims

Imphal, Sept 26: Manipur Naga Peoples’ Front (MNPF) has claimed responsibility to the placing of bomb to the residence of Peter Shimrah at Poi Village in Ukhrul district. In a press statement, the outfit alleged Peter Shimrah as a heroin drug smuggler and said that the NSCN-IM has been supporting him. The outfit said the bomb was placed as a warning as Peter had failed to turn up for clarification to the outfit within ten days before.
