Ward Development Committee of Thoubal Municipal Council Ward no.10 organised a felicitation programme of meritorious students of the ward who passed class X and class XII examination in First division. The felicitation function was held at Thoubal Ningthou Laibung ground on Saturday. Local leaders Okram Brajabidhu Singh, Akoijam Iboton Singh and Thoubal Municipal Council’s Councillor Hijam Jamuna Devi attended as dignitaries.
