Imphal, Aug 9: Unknown miscreants today shot a person at Khamnam Leirak opposite to Modern School under Lamphel Police Station. at around 1.30 PM today.
A bullet hit at the left hand of the person. He is identified as Sandham Bhogen Singh (42 years) son of S Bhagai of Sairenkhul.
Report said that the miscreants attempted to kill him but miraculously escaped from death.
