Kumbi, Aug. 13: A Legal Aid Clinic has been opened today at the premise of Kumbi College during a simple function. As part of the opening of the legal clinic, Manipur State legal services authority and Bishnupur District Legal Services Authority jointly organised a day long legal awareness programme. The awareness programme was attended by legal experts and professionals from state as well as district legal services authority.
