Combined troop of 6 Dogra Regiment and 20 AR today arrested a KCP (MTF) cadre during a search operation conducted at general area of Pallel Bazar in Chandel District. The arrested cadre has been identified as Habibur Rahman @ Inaocha (32) son of late Iboton of Myang Imphal. AR source said that the person was involved in various extortion related cases in Chandel district.
