Health Minister says institutions from aboard invites trained nurse to serve in their country

Health and Family Welfare minister, L. Jayantakumar Singh today stated institutions from abroad had invited trained nurses from the state to serve in their country. The Minister was speaking during the 3rd convocation cum graduation ceremony of the CMC Hospital Koirengei.

The Health and Family Welfare Minister added that even though there are still lack of doctors and nurses both in the state of Manipur as well as in the country, the institutions from abroad wants nurses of the state as they recognized the skill of the nurses of this state.

Jayantakumar further appealed those nurses who completed graduation not to consider the certificate as the end of their qualification.

“Learning has no limitation and those in the profession should never forget the human values and their ethics”, the Health Minister said and added that while rendering their service they should treat the patient as their own brothers and sisters.

“Only then your service will be recognized”, Jayantakumar added.

He further said human being are mortal , they will die some day but the help provided to someone will never be forgotten till his last breath. He also said that the government is not working for the upgradation of the health care service but for the welfare of human being.
