A young girl of around 20 years was found mercilessly murdered today morning. The dead body was found with blood stain on her forehead at around 4.30 am on the roadside between Nongren and Happy land in Imphal East. Police suspected a deadly blow by heavy object on her forehead which might have cause the death. The dead body was found wearing blue jeans trouser and black T-shirt. A hair clip, lip stick of black color, one Vaseline and 2 unused disposable glasses were found from the spot she was found lying.
Police had picked up deposited the dead body at JNIMS morgue for autopsy.
