Imphal, Oct 23: Union Ministry of Home Affairs has directed the state government to appoint a Manager for ICP Moreh from among the Manipur Civil Service officers which have proper knowledge and experience.
The Ministry has also directed the State Government to submit names of eligible MCS officers along with their experience as well as academic records
