Jiribam July 13: Even though the Government of Manipur are taking measures to give basic healthcare facility in the far flung areas of Manipur many dispensaries or health care units remained unfinished at various places.The dispensary at Phailienthang village of Tipaimukh Assembly Constituency of Parbung sub-division under Churachanpur District is one of the examples of such health care units in the state. The construction work of the dispensary has stopped before completion.Secretary of Phailienthang village said that the construction work of the dispensary has been stopped saying that the work has completed. However, the doors, windows and flooring works are yet to be done.The quality of the construction was below the required quality when JNN team inspected it.
