Imphal, July 13: Selected SIs and Jemadars who were reported to have been withheld by a proposal of the state Home department today urged the government authority to reconsider their appointment. Talking to Imphal Times representatives of the selected SIs and Jemadars said that they were declared selected in August, 2013 after series of test. He said after the Home department had issued an ordered on July 9, 2014 for collecting appointment order they had gone to collect the same. However, they were quit disappointed after they were not provided the appointment order. He appealed the concern government authority to reconsider their appointment.Mention may be made that Imphal Times was the first to report about the inquiry report of additional DGP Pachaou which with held 87 numbers of selected SI and Jemadar.
