Chief spokesperson of the BJP Manipur Pradesh today hit hard to both Congress party and the coalition partner NPP saying that while the Congress party has been rejected by the people of both hill and valley of Manipur, the NPP should now stop playing the destabilizing game in the functioning of the government.
“The result of the just concluded by-election at 4 Assembly constituencies showed that people have rejected the Congress party”, a confident spokesperson of the BJP said while talking to media persons today.
Ch. Bijoy further said that people including the Muslim community of the state have now understood the vote bank and communal politics of the Congress party as it is outdated. The BJP Spokesperson was referring to the number of votes that Congress got at the by-election of Lilong Assembly constituency which is even less the NOTA.
Hitting hard again to the coalition partner NPP, the BJP spokesperson said that the game played by the NPP as destabilizing factors since the inception of the N. Biren Singh led government has been known by the people and as the party has defeated in the Wangoi Assembly election they should now realize and stopped playing the destabilizing game to the government. He appealed to the NPP to be sincere and to remain as a good partner of the N. Biren Singh led government in the state.
