Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand today visited Ibudhou Thangjing Shanglen at Moirang, where he offered prayers seeking peace, harmony and the well-being of the people of Manipur.
In a statement shared on his social media platform, the Chief Minister stated that he had visited the sacred site along with his family and prayed for the restoration of unity and stability in the state. He conveyed that during the visit, he sought divine blessings from Ibudhou Thangjing to guide Manipur towards healing and renewed hope amid the ongoing challenges.
Yumnam Khemchand further stated that he prayed for strength for the people, wisdom in leadership, and prosperity for the state. He expressed confidence that, with faith in the Almighty and the resilience of the people, peace and harmony would soon be restored across Manipur.
Reiterating the government’s position, the Chief Minister stated that his administration remains committed to serving the people with sincerity, upholding justice, and working continuously towards ensuring a peaceful, united and prosperous Manipur.
