A three days programme for identification of persons with disabilities began at the campus of Institute of Child Disabilities (ICD), Lakhipur, Jiribam yesterday. The programme is being organised by National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped (NIMH), Secunderabad in collaboration with Achievement of Rising Maiden (ARM) and State Commissioner Disabilities under the aegis of Department of Empowerment of person with disabilities and Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.
