In connection with the 32nd Foundation Day of the All Manipur United Clubs’ Organisation (AMUCO), a Blood Donation Programme held at RIMS since yesterday concluded today. The programme was jointly organized by AMUCO, Imphal West District United Clubs’ Organisation (IWDUDO), and Imphal East District United Clubs’ Organisation (IEDUCO).
AMUCO’s Assistant Secretary (Organisation) Yumkhaibam Inaocha and Assistant Secretary (Organisation) Chesam Lukuma actively participated in the programme, ensuring its smooth execution.
Several voluntary donors came forward to contribute to the noble cause. Notably, Dr. Huidrom Romen donated blood for the 52nd time, W. Dina for the 30th time, Lenin Huidrom for the 21st time, and W. Surjamani for the 20th time. Their contributions were acknowledged as exemplary efforts in serving humanity.
Speaking on the occasion, AMUCO representatives emphasized the significance of blood donation in saving lives and fostering social harmony. The programme was organized with the vision of strengthening community bonds and encouraging humanitarian efforts. It was also announced that similar initiatives would continue in the future to promote social welfare.
Reaffirming its commitment to the welfare of society, AMUCO and its affiliated organizations pledged to uphold the motto “For Peace, Prosperity, and Development” while continuing their collective efforts for the betterment of the people.
