158th birth anniversary of Bir Tikendrajit was observed yesterday at the residence of RK Ranendrajit, Editor Freedom.
Rich floral tribute was paid to the portrait of the leader by many including the members of All Assam Manipuri Students’ Union (AAMSU) who are on an educational tour in the state.
The day was also observed at Congress Bhavan.
Deputy Chief Minister of the state Gaikhangam and many other leaders of the state paid rich floral tribute to the portrait of Bir Tikendrajit on the his 158 birth anniversary.
