The ongoing social unrest in Manipur since 3rd May, 2023 has resulted in a significant number of individuals being displaced. This sudden displacement has left thousands without homes, forcing them to seek refuge in relief camps where access to basic resources and livelihood opportunities is limited. The situation in these camps not only raises concerns about immediate needs such as food and shelter but also about the long-term well-being and mental health of those affected by this crisis. Amidst challenges and crises, resilience and innovation often emerge as sources of hope. In this context, one potential avenue for temporary livelihoods could be establishing a flower nursery business either within or near the relief camp. Such an initiative would provide some much-needed relief for those affected by offering employment opportunities and positive wellbeing within their local area.

Naturally, engaging in the flower nursery business within or near a relief camp brings numerous advantages. These benefits include:
