3-Nursing
In most of the hospitals, you must have seen the nurse female, although the nurse can be either male or female, but since time immemorial, the profession of nursing in India has been associated with women, so even today the course of nursing is in great demand among women.  .  Nursing is a good field for women who want to make a career in the medical field.  The working hours in this profession are almost fixed, although the duty can be any in 24 hours.  The job of a nurse is to assist both the doctor and the patient.  A nurse follows the instructions of the doctor, as well as takes care of the patient, monitors their health, takes medicines on time and performs necessary checkups.  Along with being professional, having a caring nature is also good for nursing.  This job is a respectful job for women and salary is also good in it.
There are many diploma and degree courses for nursing after 12th.
ANM (Auxiliary Nursing and Midwife) – This is the basic course of Nursing which has a duration of 18 months and can be done after taking Science side in 12th.  To do this course, an entrance exam has to be given, which is conducted by the Nursing Entrance Board.
GNM (General Nursing and Midwife) – This is an advanced course in nursing, which is completed in 3.5 years.  To do this course, entrance has to be given, which is conducted by the Nursing Entrance Board itself.
B.Sc in Nursing- This is a 4-year degree and it is considered as the complete qualification of Nursing.  To take admission in B.Sc. Science side in 12th is necessary and many universities take test before admission.  If you want after B.Sc, you can also do MSc in Nursing for the degree.
Two years Diploma in Nursing can be done from Indira Gandhi Open University in distance mode.  In a big institute like AIIMS, there is a separate test for the diploma of nursing.
After taking a diploma or degree in Nursing, you can work in all Government Hospitals and Private Hospitals, Super Specialty Hospitals, Multi Specialty Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Indian Red Cross Society, Indian Nursing Council, State Nursing Council.
4-HR
Human resource job is not only for girls, but the nature of this job is such that it suits women especially, that is why the role of HR in big companies is with women.  Actually the profile of HR is mainly in corporate companies.  There are 9 to 5 jobs and most of the weekends are holidays.  There is both respect and power in this job, as well as due to the good salary, women like the HR job very much.
The job of HR in any organization is to recruit good people to work there, work on their growth.  HR makes policies for the people working in the company and is responsible for managing the human resources of the company.  Nowadays every small and big company has a job profile of HR and this field is also growing rapidly.
Qualification- The best degree for HR is MBA in HR.  MBA is a master’s degree and it is necessary to be a graduate, apart from this some degrees and diplomas are also at the graduation level.  For MBA, a degree in HR can be taken from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).  However, IIMs are the most prestige institutes in the country and admission is not easily available in them.  To do MBA from IIM, it is necessary to pass the entrance exam.

5-Teaching

Qualification- There are profiles like Primary, TGT, PGT, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor in the teaching line and they require different qualifications.
To teach at the primary level, it is necessary to pass the exam of BEd, BTC or NTT.  In these courses for government vacancies and on the basis of the rest of your education, you are selected on merit or are recruited through a test somewhere.
To become a government teacher at high school level, along with graduation, B.Ed course is necessary.  Apart from this, it is also necessary to pass CTET for central government schools and stat for state level schools.
For Assistant Professor, it is necessary to pass NET (National Eligibility Test) with Master’s degree.  UJC conducts the NET test twice a year.  After removing this test, the selection is done on the basis of test or sometimes direct interview for assistant professor.
For the post of Professor, it is necessary to have a PhD.  There are direct interviews for professors and sometimes assistant professors and associate professors are appointed on the basis of experience and promotion in their organization.
