Medalists of 1st National Kun Khmer Championship felicitated

Medal winners of the 1st National Kun Khmer Championship 2025, held from July 25 to 27 at Peddem Stadium, Mapusa, Goa, were felicitated today. The championship was hosted by the Kun Khmer Association of Goa under the supervision of Dr. Norendro Thokchom, Founder of the International New Kung-Fu & Kickboxing Academy, Manipur.
Among the medalists, Suraj Laishram bagged the Gold Medal in the below 55kg category, while Shamjetsabam Sanathoi Singh secured Gold in the below 60kg category. Lisham Anshraj Singh, who is also the Chief Instructor of the Academy’s Bangalore Branch, won a Silver Medal in the below 65kg category.
The medal-winning athletes were honoured by Dr. Oinam Sanayaima, President of the Kun Khmer Association of Manipur. He congratulated the athletes for their achievements and encouraged them to continue striving with discipline and determination to bring further laurels to the state and the nation.
