Tourism Secretary Govt. of Manipur Nidhi Mani Triveti today said that there is no misappropriation of fund in the ongoing construction works for the upcoming Sangai Festival. Speaking to media persons at Secretariat Conference Hall, Nidhi said that any groups or individuals can come forward to check the file works and its executions of works at her office room.
“ The tourism department has been working whole heartedly with total transparency for successful hosting of the mega tourism festival “, she said.
She further added that the Sangai festival will attempt to showcase and promote best of what the state has to the world in terms of art and culture, Handloom, handicrafts, and fine arts, indigenous sport and scenic natural beauty of the land she added.
