Vendor ladies (Emas) of Khwairamband Keithel mourn the murder of 13 people

All vendors of Khwairamband Keithel and shops and other business establishments here in Imphal shut their stalls and shops and mourn the murder of 13 meitei people at Leithou village in Tengnoupal district yesterday.
The emas gathered and paid respect to those departed souls and questioned the reason for killing the people who were mostly under 30 years. A Keithel vendor lady (Ema) also questioned the N. Biren Singh government about the reason for his inability to secure the lives of the people of the state.
Those murdered mercilessly have been identified as – 1. Maisnam Sanajaob, Yairipok Kakmayai Leikai, 2. Konjengbam Medhabanta, Sagolband Nepra Menjor, 3. Oinam Loken, Sagolband Nepra Menjor, 4. Ningthoujam Tomba, Salam Konjil Part-2, 5. Mayengbam Rosan Meitei, Wangbal Mayai Leikai, 6. Moirangthem Kingson Meitei, Khurai Thoidingjam Leikai, 7. Chongtham Lamdeinganba, Sabungkhok Khunou Awang Leikai, 8. Puthem Ajay Meitei, Andro Khunou Torongthel, 9. Shougaijam Krishnakanta Meitei, Kakching Turel Wangma Ningthou Pareng Leikai, 10. Thingom Rocky, Torbung Bazar Mamang Leikai, 11. Chingakham Nethei @ Roshan, Andro Torongthel, 12. Phanjoubam Noren @ Leibakngakpa, Andro Torongthel, 13. Yendrembam Athouba @ Naocha, Moreh Prem Nagar Ward No. 4.
