UNC’s eco-blockade left state Govt. helpless; plead RN Ravi’s interference

Imphal, Nov 13: State government seems to be left with complete helplessness to find a solution to the fuel crisis face by the people of the state due to the UNC’s indefinite economic blockade.
A prominent cabinet Minister of the Okram Ibobi Singh government today said that the government is communicating or in other word “pleading” R.N Ravi, the interlocutor of the Indian Government for the peace-talk between NSCN-IM and Government of India.
“The State Government has talk with RN Ravi to intervene the UNC sponsored economic blockade”, Cabinet Minister for Transport, Kh Ratan today said at the sideline of a function for re launching of ISBT at Dingku road today.
The Minister however said that the government is doing all its best to solve the problem of fuel crisis in the state.
