Imphal, Jan. 16: Unted Naga Council (UNC) has condoled the demise of late Dikhnang Gonmei S/o Tajinang Gonmei of Akhui village who succumbed to injury after he was hit by a bullet on January 12 at Lukhambi village along Imphal Jiribam road. The deceased is a student of Manipur University doing MA Final year in Economics department. UNC alleged that he was killed in firing by state force.
