CM Ibobi’s attempt to calm the faith believer of the Umang Lai Kanba Lup (UKAL) fails as UKAL demands a white paper from the CM about the annulment of the 03rd amendment of Shri Govindajee Temple Bill 2014.Addressing a press conference today at the office of UKAL located at Palace Compound, Yumlembam Meiraba, Spokesperson of UKAL said that CM statement has created confusion as he seems to be playing with the sentiments of the people. When the bill has been introduced in the state assembly how could he say that the 3rd amendment of Shri Govindajee Temple Bill 2014 will be annulled and will not let the Umang Lai be brought under Govindajee Temple Board. Meiraba further said the CM must provide a white paper or call for a special Assembly session to annul the bill.
