Three value added products from locally available horticultural Crops launched

Three value added products from locally available horticultural Crops – Guava burfi, Black Scented rice burfi and Cassava cheese developed by Dr. Y. Prabhabati Devi, SMS, Home-Science were launched by Dr. V.K. Mishra, Director, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam during farmers Scientists interaction programme cum Input distribution of Rabi crops held at the Conference Hall of KVK, Chandel ICAR, Manipur Center.
The programme was attended by Dr. Arnab Sen, Principal Scientist (Veterinary Microbiology) ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam; Dr. C.L. Verma, Senior Scientist, ICAR – CSSRI, Lucknow; Ts. Gladney Monsang, District Agriculture Officer, Chandel; Ksh. Prava Devi, District Officer, Horticulture & Soil Conservation, Chandel as Guests of Honour and Dr I. Meghachandra Singh, Joint Director, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region Manipur Centre as the Functional President.
