A 15 years old teenager girl was found hung to death at her room at Changangei in Imphal West. The deceased girl has been identified as Ningthoujam Birotarani Devi (15), D/O Ningthoujam Ojit Singh of Ningthoukhong Bazaar. She is presently staying at a rented room at Changangei. She was found hung to death inside her room at Changangei at around 8.45 am today.
