Swachh Bharat Mission held

A one day sanitation programme on Swachh Bharat Mission  (GRAMIN) for editors of various electronic medias and print medias organized by PHED Manipur held on saturday at District Training Centre hall, near  Deputy Commissioner office, Tuibuong in Churachandpur.
Speaking to the gathering Additional Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Manipur Laishram Ibobi Singh give outlines of national rural drinking water programme and   formation of village water and sanitation committee, he said that national goal is to provide every rural person with adequate safe water for drinking, cooking, and other  domestic basic needs on a sustainable basic having minimum water quality standard and accessible at all times and in all situations.
After the programme  Editors’  Guild, Manipur observed  its first foundation day.
