All is set for organising the Orange Festival on Dec 9 amidst boycott called by the UNC. Various Zeliangrong bodies including the Zeliangrong Union (Assam, Nagaland and Manipur) had strongly obsected the boycott called by UNC. Meanwhile, state government had hired a Helicopter for transportation of VVIPs including Chief Minister and Dy. Chief Minister.
